Rosie Huntington Whiteley (born in England) is an English model and businesswoman. Her fame was boosted by her role as the lead female in the Transformers film series. The actress has appeared in several films which include Mad Max Fury Road and The Meg. She is known for her work as a model for Victoria's Secret a well-known American brand, maker and distributor of women's lingerie, women's clothing and cosmetics. She was also the face of Burberry Body, the luxury scent of the British fashion label. Then she turned to acting. She played a role as a character support in the American Sci-Fi action film Transformers Dark of the Moon. It was the third installment in the Transformers series. Film was hugely successful, earning well over 1 billion dollars. It has been nominated several times for Oscars. In addition, she appeared in Mad Max Fury Road a couple of years later. It was the popularity of this film that allowed her to successfully transition into an acting profession after she was modeling. Her career has seen her get numerous honors, such as the Elle Style Award's Model of the Year award in 2009 and the Harper Bazaar Women of the Year Award Businesswoman of the Year 2014 and 2016 in particular. Forbes magazine has also ranked her as one of the most popular models worldwide.
