Alexandra Raisman
Aly Raisman was an American female gymnast, and captain of the US female Olympic gymnastics 2012 Fierce Five team and in 2016. In 2016, she was part of the Final Five. In the 2012 Olympics she was awarded gold on both the team floor and the individual competitions. Bronze was taken by the balance bar. She became one of the very first American gymnast in the Olympics with the highest number of medals. At the 2016 Olympics she took home a gold medal in the team event which earned her along with teammate Gabby Douglas the honor of having been among the few Americans to win back-to-back gold medals for the team. Silver medals were also awarded for the all-around competition and floor exercises. After the 2 Olympics she took off from competitive gymnastics for three years. The gold medal she won for the American team also won the two World Championships. Her most favorite sport is floor workout. She started learning gymnastics when she was just two years old. young. Aly is a member of the Uniting Against Lung Cancer organization to honor her mother who passed away from cancer. Aly is planning to pursue a career as a designer. Her future goals include expanding her trademark range of leotards. Fierce is a novel that she's currently writing, is due coming out in the year ahead.
